A detailed description of goods, its part number and the price inclusive
of taxes and shipping is provided on each product page at the point
where the product is added to order.
Prices quoted are in £ sterling and Pace
Cycles reserve the right to change any advertised price at any
time. Prices do not include shipping and are sent by 48 hour carrier service to
UK mainland address (excluding N. Scotland, Isle of Man, Channel
Islands and N. Ireland)
Payment can be made by the credit cards listed
Goods can only be shipped after full cleared payment
is received
Although every reasonable care is made to keep
all payment details secure, in the absence of negligence on
our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer
should a third party procure unauthorised access to any data
you provide when accessing or ordering
Goods will be shipped within 48 hours of order
unless out of stock
Frames are custom made to order. Delivery can
be expected within six weeks from receipt of order
Goods custom made to order can only be cancelled by the customer
at the discretion of the supplier
Customer will be advised if product is not in
stock. An alternative product will not be supplied unless requested
If package is damaged in any way customer must sign the 'DAMAGED'
proof of delivery note upon receipt of package in presence
of shipper. Customer must inform Pace Cycles at the address
above within 24 hours maximum that the goods were signed for
as damaged
If the customer has any complaints relating to
the product or its supply please make these in writing to Pace
Cycles at the above address quoting the invoice number found
at the head of the invoice supplied with the goods and a detailed
description of complaint along with customers full address and
a daytime contact telephone number
Damages or shortages of the goods must be notified
to Pace, in writing, within 48 hours of receipt of the goods
The customer has the right to return any product within seven
days of receipt of the goods and to cancel the contract for
supply of goods ordered. However, the customer must take reasonable
care of the goods whilst in his/her possession. Goods must
be unused and undamaged and should be returned in their original
packaging. A full refund of monies paid by the customer will
be made on receipt of the goods
If goods were paid for by customer on a credit
card refunds will be made directly into customers account within
60 hours of receiving returned goods at Pace Cycles Limited
at the address above
Cancelled or returned goods must be returned to
the above address for the attention of Pace Cycles-Returned
Goods. A copy of the original invoice, supplied with the original
goods, must be included with the returned goods
Return shipping is at the customer's cost
Particulars as to the warranty given with the
product are given in the products manual, supplied with the
product
Overseas Orders - Customers will be quoted a separate
and additional charge for shipping (also applies to N. Scotland
and Channel Islands)
Overseas customers within the EC are charged VAT
at the UK rate of 17.5% and this is included within the price
quoted for the goods
Overseas customers outside of the EC will not
be charged UK taxes and must pay any local taxes when goods
are landed within their country. The price Pace Cycles Limited
will charge will be price shown for goods less 17.5% + shipping
charges
